Der Einsatz mobiler Endgeräte wie PDAs oder Notebookds wird im Außendienst zunehmend selbstverständlich. Die SAP-Beratungsgesellschaft ASS.TEC bietet mit ASS_Mobile Service jedoch nicht nur einen mobilen Client, sondern auch die komplette Geschäftsprozessintegration aller Außendiensttätigkeiten und deren Steuerung an. ASS_Mobile Service ist optimiert auf SAP, kann aber auch flexibel in andere ERP-Lösungen eingebunden oder auch ohne Integration betrieben werden. Zur Integration nutzt ASS.TEC den Enterprise Service-Bus X4 der Baden-Badener
SoftProject GmbH.
