Am 27. März stellt ASS.TEC auf dem Service-Meeting "SOFTWARE" in Wiesloch das neueste Release ASS_Mobile_Service vor.
ASS_Mobile_Service bietet zahlreiche Vorteile für die zeit- und ortsunabhängige Steuerung ihres mobilen Außendienstes von der Meldung über das Dispatching bis zur digitalen und mobilen Rückmeldung der abgeschlossenen Aufträge.

ASS_Mobile Service 2.0 - New Release with a new layout and new functions!

At October 1st, 2008, ASS.TEC GmbH launched the new release of its mobile service solution ASS_Mobile Service.
ASS_Mobile Service is our platform for mobile business and is developed especially for mobile business process scenarios like after-sales, maintenance etc.
Relevant information, facts and planning criteria must be processed simply, fast and clearly to reach your defined business goals faster and more efficiently as well as to continuously improve your customer satisfaction in the future.
The designers of ASS_Mobile have impressively succeeded in reaching these goals with the new release 2.0 by developing a completely new user interface based on the most modern web technologies available in the market.
Both, service managers and dispatchers, are now able to design their own views by themselves and arrange the information they need individually on their screens easily by defining user or system views. This feature ensures that each user of ASS_Mobile can customize the application to fit best to his or her individual needs.
The layout of the ASS_Mobile Service Control Center has changed obviously. The surface and the menu navigation were changed completely for further significant improvements in ergonomics.

In particular, the following features have been added or improved in release 2.0:

• New interactive planning chart with extended functions
• Service orders and operations are arranged nestedly
• Column order and visibility customizable in all table views
• Auto-filter in each table view
• Show and hide user controls and fields
• Definition of system and user views
• Direct links to each piece of referenced master data
• Optimized visualization of dependent objects
• Print preview in both user and customer language
• Interactive maps for optimized routing and positioning
• Direct printing of multiple service orders without preview
• Data export from all table views to MS Excel and PDF

Actually the ASS_Mobile team is already busy developing the next release of ASS_Mobile Service to implement further improvements and additional suggestions of its customers. Already now innovative new ideas have been evaluated and included in the conceptual design phase for the next release.

ASS.TEC erweitert die Geschäftsführung

Mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2008 wurde Sylvia Unger zur dritten Geschäftsführerin bestellt.

Das SAP- ERP – Mittelstandsgeschäft, - bislang aus Sicht der Geschäftsführung aufgeteilt auf Norbert Heil und Kurt Leo Kaiser - wird unter der Führung von Frau Unger konzentriert.

Somit haben die Mittelstandskunden der ASS.TEC GmbH zukünftig auch aus Sicht der ASS.TEC – Geschäftsführung eine zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für ihre Projektanliegen im SAP R/3 bzw. mySAP ERP – Umfeld.

Sylvia Unger ist seit 1997 in der ASS.TEC GmbH als Projektleiterin für SAP basierende ERP – Komplett-Implementierungen tätig.
