To align our mobile field service solution ASS_Mobile as well as its market launch with the needs and processes of our customers optimally, we carried out a market survey on the topic "mobile field service." Numerous potential interested parties, i.e. enterprises having a technical field service, contacted by phone and interviewed with regard to their field service processes. The survey was supported by a Master thesis at Hochschule Furtwangen University (HFU) we supervised and fulfills primarily scientific and statistical purposes. During the analysis of the results the participating enterprises were distinguished according to their degree of field service intensity (subdivided into highly, average, little intensive, depending on the numbers of field service orders and sales representatives to be coordinated). Selected results which were gained from the survey are shown in the following figures:

As a small thank-you for taking part in the market survey we have drawn lots for a T -mobile Ameo PDA (see the picture below) among all participants, consistent with the survey’s topic "mobile field service."

The lucky winner whom we were allowed to present the device already is Marco Becker of Kieninger GmbH in Lahr (see photos). We quite cordially congratulate him and wish him a lot of fun with the PDA. Again, in addition, we quite cordially thank all participants for taking part in the market survey.
